Eggless Cake




Ingredients:

 8 oz. plain flour
3 oz. margarine
pinch of salt
4 tspful baking powder
3 oz. sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
about 1/2 cup milk and water


Preparation Method:

    Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in the margarine, add the sugar and vanilla and mix to a dropping consistency with the milk and water.Turn into a greased 7 inch tin and bake in a moderate oven for 3/4 to 1 hour.
