Crab briyani



Ingredients :
Basmati rice - 250 gm
Crab ( large ) ( boneless ) - 100 gm
Butter - 50 gm
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Chilli - 1
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Kitchen king masala powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Mint leaves - 5
Coriander leaves - few
Salt - as needed
Saffron - a few strands
Milk - a little.

Preparation method : 

 Soak saffron in milk. Cook basmati rice with saffron and set aside. Cut onion, tomato, chilli, mint leaves,coriander leaves finely. Cut crab meat into pieces. Melt butter in a vessel Add onion, tomato, chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, garam masala, mint leaves,  corainder leaves and saute for a few minutes. Add crab meat, salt and cook. When crab meat is cooked, remove the vessel from the stove. In a large vessel place a layer of rice, a layer of crab meat and repeat till the rice and meat are used up. Add ghee, mint leaves, seal the vessel and cook for a few minutes. Switch off the stove and serve after a few minutes.
