Veg noodles



Ingredients:

Noodles 500 gms 
Onion cut into long pieces 1
Beans, Peas, Carrot,Capsicum - each 200 gms cut thinly
lengthwise 1 inch long.
Soy Sauce 300 gms
Ginger cut into small pieces 200 gms
Garlic cut into small pieces 300gms(optional)
Coriander leaves a few
Pepper & salt to taste
Tomato sauce
 
Preparation method: 

Boil the Noodles when it is cooked well keep it a side, and let the water to drain Spinkle oil on it so that it wont stick. Heat a little oil in a pan. Saute onions, carrots, peas, beans,capsicum ,ginger and garlic. Add the soy sauce & tomato sauce and the pepper to it. After the soy sauce starts to boil add the cooked Noodles and mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
