1 lb. Turkey(cut in medium pieces)
2½ cups Rice (basmati)

5 nos. Tomato
10 nos. Green Chilies
1 tbsp. Garlic(paste)
1 tbsp. Ginger(paste)
2 tsps. Red Chili Powder
2 tsps. Coriander powder
1 tsp. All spice powder
5 tbsps. Clarified Butter
3 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
½ cup Yoghurt
Cardamom to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Cloves to taste
Salt to taste.

Preparation method :
Add salt to the mixture.Let the rice cook.Once done serve hot with curd raita.
